DaycarePath
Terms of service
Last updated: October 2026
DaycarePath is a sole proprietorship in Ontario, Canada, run by me, Ritika. These terms apply when you buy a Quick look, an Application check or a Plan and call. By paying, you agree to them.
What I do
- Quick look ($49): you send up to 5 screenshots, and I send back the top 3 things to fix, in order, and why each one matters. Your $49 counts toward an Application check bought within 30 days. Email me and I’ll apply it.
- Application check ($99): if you’re new, I send written setup steps. Then I give you a written list of fixes and one re-check after you make them.
- Plan and call ($249): everything in the Application check, plus a written plan with next steps and dates, and one 45-minute video call.
- When I confirm your order, I’ll tell you when to expect my reply.
What I don’t do
- I can’t promise a child care space or an offer. Providers decide who gets an offer, and a correct application can’t create spaces.
- I don’t place children, contact providers for you, or log in to your account. I never ask for your OneHSN password.
- No provider pays me, and I don’t recommend one provider over another.
- This is general guidance about how the system works, not legal, tax or financial advice. Rules and fees can change, so confirm anything important with the City of Ottawa or the provider.
What I need from you
- Screenshots of your own registry account, with your child’s name covered.
- Accurate information. My advice is only as good as what I can see.
- Your own decisions: what to apply for, how to rank, and whether to accept an offer.
Refunds
- Before I start: if you change your mind before I’ve looked at your screenshots, email me for a full refund.
- If I can’t help: if your situation is outside what I cover, for example care outside Ottawa, I’ll tell you and refund you in full.
- After I’ve delivered: no refund, because the work is done. If anything is unclear or you think I missed something, email me within 14 days and I’ll look again at no charge.
- Plan and call: you can reschedule the call once with 24 hours’ notice. If you miss it without notice, the written plan is still yours, but the call isn’t rebooked.
- Refunds go back to the card you paid with.
- Nothing here limits any rights you have under Ontario consumer law.
Limits
If something goes wrong, the most I’m responsible for is what you paid for that service. I’m not responsible for providers’ decisions, changes to the registry, or how your search turns out.
Privacy
How I handle your screenshots and details is in my privacy policy.
The rest
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario. The terms in place when you paid apply to your purchase.
